Working Together to Bring Health Care Home is more than a place. It is the the people that share it with us. When we are not feeling well, most of us want to be at home – not just because it's a comfortable familiar place, but because we will be among our families.
Golden Home Health recognizes that a focus on family is an integral part of any home health care plan. We know that taking care of family is an important part of taking care of our patients. We work together with you, your family, and your doctor to customize a patient-centered, physician-directed Plan of Care (POC). Together, we form a team with one goal – maximizing recovery and keeping you at home for as long as possible.
